If the User of Website is not satisfied with the response of the D.P.O he/she can file a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India as mentioned in Section 18 under Chapter V of The Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
The User shall exhaust the opportunity of redressing the grievance before approaching the Data Protection Board of India as mentioned under Section 13 (3) of DPDP Act.
